Long road home

Minty fresh!

You know what, the weather has been just about perfect these past few days -- not too cold, certainly not warm. No Alberta Clipper winds, either, for the most part. My only complaint is the nosebleeds I've been having due to the extremely arrid indoor conditions. I used to have a humidifier once upon a time, I think I gave it to the Salvation Army before I moved up here. I got sick and tired of cleaning out the mildew and buying new wicking filters, as I recall. I shall have to get a new one.

Anyhoo, the weather is just simply going to SUCK ASS tomorrow. IF the temperature gets up to 18 degrees, we'll be lucky. Not only that but there's supposed to be high winds tomorrow, as if the Arctic temps aren't bad enough. And I still don't have a good winter hat, and I likely won't be getting one before tomorrow either. Guess I'll wrap a scarf around my head.

You know, I don't understand why when I start an entry in rich text mode, I can't go back and edit in rich text mode. It's probably because I'm more interested in curling my hair than computer language. And because I choose to spend my time curling my hair instead of dicking around on computers it's perceived that I am therefore incapable of learning computer language.

To which I say, perhaps the critics are incapable of teaching me.

Those who can, do.

Those who can't, teach.

Those who can't teach, criticize.

Such has been my experience.
