-- sports announcer on Game 4 of Pistons/Pacers in the playoffs, describing one of the Pacers' players on a travelling foul.
Pure poetry.
It's a 20-point lead in the Pistons favor, thirty seconds left in the 3rd quarter -- well, now it's an 18-point lead after Reggie Miller got sent to the foul line, thanks to an offensive foul on McDyess. Indiana got a basket, and the Pistons lead by 16 points at the end of the 3rd quarter.
The sports announcers summed it up best, I think: the Pacers are playing with "angst", and they said: "The Pacers shouldn't have angst; they're up 2 games to 1 in this series, they're in the lead. But the way they're playing you'd think they were *down* 2 to 1."
So we shall see how this game ends. I love my Pistons, so you know who I'm rooting for!
Late note --
Pistons, 89, Pacers, 76
Oh yeah. *I LOVE THE PISTONS!!!!*
