Yeah, but not always for the better.
And you know what, dear readers, I've noticed something: I hate to break it to ya world, but that saying appears to be true in the continental United States in general (and I bet they say the same thing in Hawaii and Alaska too). Just substitute the state of your choice into the above saying, and that's what you'll hear no matter where you go.
"It's ________________; just wait 10 minutes, the weather will change."
It's true. They used to say that in Toledo where I'm from originally, and when I had a rental car with XM radio, one of the stations I was listening to, which was broadcasting from Texas said the exact same thing!! The DJ was talking with a caller, who happened to talk about the weather in her area.
Well, today it's cold in West Michigan. Not cooler, not chilly -- just downright cold. Yesterday it was 88 degrees with high humidity. The day before that it was 92 degrees with even higher humidity. Today, it has not even cracked 70 degrees.
For the love of crumbcake.
